Force 5, a world leader in the recycling of residential building waste, has selected the Lexian Dispatch Manager System to manage their complex scheduling requirements. Force 5 services over 3,000 home sites (and growing) across the eastern seaboard of Australia.

Tony Franklin, the Managing Director of Force 5, says that the company required a scheduling system that could cope with the vast array of functions that the company performs on a building site during construction.

“Force 5 may visit a site up to 10 times during construction which means currently up to 30,000 visits have to be scheduled each year. The Lexian Dispatch Manager program was the only scheduling system that had the flexibility and functionality to cope with the complexities of our business. Not only does it schedule all our site visits but it also provides us with billing capability and productivity information. It has enabled us to optimally schedule our fleet and flag upcoming events. Our business is about getting maximum efficiency and utilization out of our fleet and equipment. Dispatch manager has enabled us to do that” said Tony.
